Pay Owed School Fees for Exam Results to be Released- Institute of Education, UCC

”Pay owed school fees for exam results to be released” the words of the official of the Institute of Education.

HypeGhnewsroom.com can confirm that the Institute of Education has served a notice to the students. For them to pay their examination fees owed the Institute before their exam results are released.

These are results of about 15,000 Newly Trained Teachers who took part in their final examinations earlier this month.

An official of the Institute of Education at the University of Cape Coast who spoke on condition of anonymity to the News Desk of the Colleges of Education Weekly Journal stated that; ”The results of the newly trained teachers are ready but we will only release the results to them if they pay their examination fees owed the Institute”.

We were very charitable to them before the exams. By allowing them to sit for the examinations due to the challenges COVID – 19 presented. However, our checks have revealed that all trainees were paid their allowances. So we expect them to do the needful.

According to the official, “all Newly Trained Teachers /Colleges that have paid will gain access to their results”.

Reacting to the development, Dr Samuel Awinkene Atintono, Principal of Accra College of Education stated that. “Before the exams, we noticed that Institute of Education – UCC had asked students to pay their examination fees.

Personally, in Accra College of Education, I had to plead with the Institute of Education – UCC. That the best thing to do was to allow them to write the exams. And when the time comes for the results to be released. They can hold it until the students clear themselves.
